MR. BUI TIEN LONG HAS WORKED IN DIMAC AS A PARTNER SINCE 2018, AFTER MORE THAN 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PROFESSIONALLY WORKING IN SEVERAL FOREIGN AND VIETNAMESE LAW FIRMS. IN 2008, HE WORKED FOR VISION & ASSOCIATES IN HO CHI MINH CITY AND FOLLOWED BY FIDAL FRANCESKINJ & CHAZARD, A FRENCH LAW FIRM AFTER COMPLETING A TWO-YEAR MASTER'S PROGRAM IN KOREA IN 2011.
Mr. Long also joined ZICO Law Vietnam in 2014, after a period of nearly two (02) years working as a lawyer in P&P Law Firm. After that Mr. Long had worked as a partner in Tin & Tam Law Firm and subsequently, he found Bui & Brothers.
Mr. Long gained valuable and respectful working experience in dealing with matters related to direct foreign investment, corporate, commerce, construction and real estate, and dispute resolution by arbitration. Mr. Long has advised and supported a lot of clients and large international corporations, such as Ogilvy & Mather, Unilever Vietnam, Taisei Oncho, Muntajat BV, Gensler, Schindler (Hong Kong), PTW Architecture, MOL Logistics, and Peter Cremer.
Apart from his legal practice, Mr. Long participated in writing a number of materials of International - Vietnam Bidding published in 2014 by Thomson Reuters and the article of real estate market in Vietnam posted in the Magazine of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) in 2016. Currently, Mr. Long is also the host of a blog, namely vietnamlawandpractice, with the purpose of sharing his learning and legal knowledge with the community. Mr. Long is also a lecturer at Judicial Academy and Law Faculty of Ton Duc Thang University.
Mr. Long is among the few young lawyers awarded the scholarship of Young Lawyers of Developing Countries by International Bar Association (IBA) in 2017 and Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) in 2015.
