EXPERTISE

Mr. Luong Thanh Quang has officially joined DIMAC LAW FIRM as a New Counsel as of February 10, 2025. With a strong academic background and extensive experience in the legal field, he also serves as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Van Lang University, is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, and acts as an Arbitrator at the Pacific International Arbitration Center.

Mr. Quang held a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M), majoring in Economic Law in 2013, a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) in 2006, and a Bachelor of Information Technology Degree in 1996. Mr. Quang has completed several notable courses, including the CIArb International Arbitration Course (the 1st course hold in Vietnam in 2015), the Professional Competence for Lecturer course in  2013, and the Training Course in International Auditing ISO 9001:2000 in 2004. Additionally, he has participated in Annual International Training for Shipping Management in Malaysia in 2001, 2002, and 2004, as well as the IT Management Course in Singapore from May 1998 to March 1999.

Before joining VN Counsel as Litigation Partner, he served as a Senior Associate in the top-tier Dispute Resolution practice at Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers. With over 19 years of legal experience, including 7 years as litigation partner, more than 5 years as a senior dispute resolution practitioner, he has a proven track record of successfully guiding clients through some of the most complex disputes. His career has involved handling contentious matters in areas such as admiralty, investment and enterprise development, shipping, construction, and infrastructure. He has represented clients in both onshore and cross-border disputes adjudicated under all major courts in Vietnam and the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre.

With more than 19 years of extensive expertise and practical experience in the legal industry, Mr. Quang will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success and growth of our firm. His deep understanding of legal principles, combined with his practical insights, will enhance our firm's ability to navigate complex legal challenges.
