Mr. Pham Quoc Tuan completed a Program on Negotiation in Harvard Law School and held a Master of Laws Degree (LLM), majoring in International Commercial Dispute Resolution in the United Kingdom in 2011. In 2017, he was successfully trained in the Commerce Mediation course by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution of the United Kingdom (CEDR).
