[Da Nang] Workshop on "Commercial Contract Validity, Secured Investment Structures and Necessary Role of Lawyer"

We are pleased to invite you to attend the workshop organized by DIMAC Law Firm that will take place on 29 November 2019 in Da Nang city. The topic of the workshop is “Commercial Contract Validity, Secured Investment Structures and Necessary Role of Lawyer”. The workshop will consist of two interactive sessions including the commercial contract validity; roles of lawyers in increasing values in deals and how to secure the expats’ rights when investment in Vietnam under trustee structure. In this workshop, there are three (03) speakers who are leading lawyers in DIMAC such as:
1. Mr. Pham Quoc Tuan – Founder & Managing Partner of DIMAC Law Firm – an arbitrator of Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) – a qualified lawyer of HCM City Bar Association – a Board member of Vietnam Business Lawyer Club.
2. Mr. Nguyen Danh Cong – Partner of DIMAC Law Firm – a member of Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association – member of Small & Medium Enterprises International Trade Association of Malaysia (SMITA) and the Legal Advisor of Expat Community investing and working in Vietnam.
3. Mr. Bui Tien Long – Partner of DIMAC Law Firm – a member of Vietnam Business Lawyers Club – a qualified lawyer of HCM City Bar Association – Young Lawyers of Developing Countries by International Bar Association (IBA) and Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).
