DIMAC Law Firm held a successful workshop in Da Nang City on 29th November 2019. At the workshop, Mr. Pham Quoc Tuan – Founder & Partner of DIMAC Law Firm welcomed all participants and started the workshop by introduced DIMAC Law Firm as well as his topic in commercial contract. There were 03 speakers who are the leading lawyers in DIMAC Law Firm including Mr. Pham Quoc Tuan, Mr. Nguyen Danh Cong, Mr. Bui Tien Long, did an outstanding job of sharing their expertise with participants. A half-day workshop intends to help participants better understand some of the issues that how to determine validity of a commercial contract, secure the expats’ rights when investment in Vietnam under trustee structure and understand the roles of lawyers in increasing values in deals as well as introducing and providing resources that will support participants’ business in Vietnam.

Nearly 30 people attended the workshop, including people from corporations and interested in the legal field. The participating were able to obtain important information regarding commercial contract, investment structure topics, a further understanding of the roles of lawyers in deals as well as contributed comment and feedback during the workshop.

After the workshop, all participants had a clearer understanding about their own roles in business work. This workshop laid the foundation for better realizing how to invest and doing legally business in Vietnam.
