MR. HOANG THANH TUAN IS ONE OF THE BEST ASSOCIATES OF DIMAC IN HANOI, WHO IS IN CHARGE OF CORPORATE, MERGER & ACQUISITION (M&A), INVESTMENT INTO VIETNAM, AND FOREIGN MARKETS.

Prior to joining DIMAC in 2018 in the position of Associate, Mr. Tuan had worked for the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam (MPI) in the Agency for Business Registration for around seven (07) years. Specifically, Mr. Tuan has directly been involved in the process of drafting the legal documents and laws that govern the business and investment activities in Vietnam, including the Enterprise Law, the Investment Law, and their implementing regulations.

Given his valuable knowledge and experience gained from a Master Degree in Investment from the University of Birmingham (UK) in 2012 and the handled work at the Ministry of Planning and Investment, Mr. Tuan has always played a significant role in providing consultancy for both inward and outward investment in Vietnam and potential foreign markets. He has been actively participating in investment transactions in real estate projects, M&A projects and effectively assisting the big clients in the process of their issuance and sales of shares and stocks.

Mr. Tuan has advised some notable key clients, including BKAV Corporation, Dentsu Vietnam Ltd., Vimedimex Group, Vietnamobile Telecommunication JSC, Vietnam Debt and Asset Trading Corporation, Vinacapital Vietnam JSC, Best Logistics Technology (Vietnam) Ltd and other high-profile clients.
